Interviewsss for Dan

Hey All,
I had two interviews this week. One was with a company called 3-Form (http://www.3-form.com/) for a project manager position and the other was with Western Governors University (http://www.wgu.edu/) for a Bursar position. If you don't know what a Bursar is then you are in the same boat with the rest of us. You can find out at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bursar. Basically, it is an accounts receivable position involved with financial aid for students. I feel like both interviews went really well. WGU may also have a position as an enrollment counselor that would allow me to work from home.

I also am waiting to hear back from ChaCha. I completed a guide test to see if I am a good fit for being a ChaCha guide. ChaCha is a search engine like google except that you can ask specific questions and ChaCha will send a text message (or email) back to you with the answer. This would be a part time job from home and would bring in a minimal income but could be done while watching the news before going to bed. Check out ChaCha at www.chacha.com.

Where is everyone?

Now I'm posting blogs and no one else is. I guess we have seen each other more often lately. Thanks Leesa for a great birthday/Easter party. My girls absolutely had a fabulous time.
I can't wait to see pictures of it.
Thank you Julia and Casey for helping me go shopping the other day. I barely made it 2 hours with the help. I won't try that again ever. But I'm sure glad I have pants that fit me. :)
Thanks

Learning the Language

The last few days have been so funny. Lyndsi and Hailey were talking about who they were going to be as they play house. Lyndsi first said they were going to be sisters and then later she said she was going to be the mommy. I said, "Are you going to be the mommy or the sister?" She laughed and, pointing to her head, said, "I had different ideas in my heart."
Lyndsi wanted to spray the air freshener in the bathroom because it was stinky and she said "Mommy where is the ungusting thing to spray in the bathroom?" instead of disgusting it is ungusting. Pretty clever.

The cutest thing Hailey said was in answer to the question "If you could be anywhere in the world where would you want to be?" And she said, "Next to you Mommy, I want to be next to you."Aah

What fun around the South house.

Lyndsi the Stinkerpot

This morning I went into Chad's room and saw that Lyndsi had drawn with crayon, for the second time, on his bookshelf. After she did the first time she washed it off with a washcloth and I told her that not all crayons wash off so please don't do it again. When she tried to wash it off the second time I went in and she said, "I just can't get it off. It won't come off." I got sad and said, "Lyndsi you told me you wouldn't do it again." (I know she's only 3 so she doesn't remember what she has said.) But then she said, with a sorry voice, "I don't know why I can't stop my body from doing it." That made me laugh and we hugged and now I will get out the amazing magic eraser.
