This is funny that I would have to come up with something for May. Since I have done so well the last two months. That's sarcasm in case some of you missed that. My goal is for you older people. I am going to loose 10 lbs by the end of the month :) Join me if you would like. My method of madness is Weight Watchers online and exercise. I believe in the power of counting points each day. So do whatever works for you.
The kids can just play outside more than inside for the month of May.
Oh and for those that are expecting you are to try and take a walk once a day. Obviously you don't want to loose weight. And for those who really don't have the need to loose then you should take a walk each day anyway. So there you go. Loose weight, get outside more in the month of May.

So how's it going????? I kinda fell off the wagon for lunch today. But my legs still hurt from step class on Tuesday!!!
